Central Scotland’s comedy festival FUNNY IN FALKIRK is back for a second summer of laughs this July and August, with even more comedians coming to tickle Falkirk’s funny bone!
The festival kicks off on Friday 22nd July and runs until Tuesday 2nd August, with over 50 shows taking place in venues across Falkirk, Grangemouth, Stenhousemuir, Bo’ness, Bonnybridge and Denny.
The full programme of events goes on sale at 10am today (Thursday 9th June) and features top stand-up and sketch comedy from international stars and home-grown Scottish talent, plus children’s shows and a special selection of comedy films at the Hippodrome cinema in Bo’ness and Falkirk Cineworld.

The line-up includes stars of television and radio Stephen K Amos, Stewart Francis, Tom Stade and Stewart Lee, Scottish comedy favourites Elaine C Smith and Fred MacAulay, plus laughter legend Frank Carson. Star of STV’s The Hour Bruce Devlin (pictured left) will also be presenting a live comedy boat trip on the Falkirk Wheel!
